Where do you ship from?

We ship from our fulfillment centers located in the United States and Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process and ship orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will not be honored. Once your order is received, you can initiate a return for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not process or ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location, delivery times may range from 2-4 weeks. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at info@zencooler.life for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be liable for duties and taxes once your order arrives.
